Recruitment Resourcer - Sydney Olympic Park

Business & Private Banking and Institutional Banking and Markets meet the financial needs and services of Commonwealth Bank’s small to medium business customers and its broking and premium personal customers. The Recruitment team works closely with the business and with Human Resources representatives to attract talent and to build a high performance culture.

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity exists for a committed, client focused individual to join the Recruitment team in an integral role. Based in Sydney Olympic Park, the key priorities of this role is to assist the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Consultants in developing and managing the talent pool/pipeline, support the team in sourcing and selecting candidates for vacant positions, support the team in maintaining and developing recruitment reports and assist in bulk recruitment needs, specifically using assessment centre methodology for contact centre based roles.

As the successful candidate, you will have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. You’ll have the proven capacity to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines. It is essential that you have proven MS Office skills - advanced Excel is highly desirable. Experience within the recruitment industry essential.
