Colonial First State provides investment, superannuation and retirement products to individuals as well as to corporate and superannuation fund investors. Within Colonial First State, Commonwealth Financial Planning Pty Limited (CFP), Financial Wisdom Limited (FW), Advice Essentials Limited (AEL), BW Financial Advice Limited (BWFA) and Whittaker Macnaught Limited (WMac) are each holders of Australian Financial Services Licenses that authorise them to provide both financial product advice and to deal on behalf of clients in a range of financial products.

The primary purpose of this role is to:

Review and assess Adviser documentation, compliance with obligations and quality of advice within the CBA group advice licensees.

More specifically your main duties will include:

• Undertake Advice Assurance reviews of Adviser in accordance with the Assurance Monitoring Program. Including verification of Adviser's licence and certification.
• Provide comprehensive feedback and relevant reports to Advisers regarding Advice Assurance Assessment within the required timeframes.
• Provide comprehensive input to Licensee Standards and Governance framework (including monitoring and supervision policy) and Adviser tools.

To be successful for this fantastic opportunity you must have:

• Territory education in business or finance
• Minimum 2 years Experience within a Financial Advice business
• RG 146 compliant

• Knowledge of Australian regulatory framework
• Knowledge of Australia Financial Services Industry
• Understanding of advice compliance issues
