Branch Manager Tier 4 - 400 George St (New Branch!)

If you are an experienced Manager with a strong track record in sales then consider a career as a Branch Manager.

In this position you will be leading a motivated team to achieve sales of the Bank's range of personal lending, deposit and investment products and services to both new and existing clients. This will include delivering a responsive and first class service to our clients. Developing your team, assisting them to achieve both personal and branch targets.

In addition, you will be able to develop a profile in your local community and be proactive in promoting the Bank's brand, products and services in the market.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Prior success in achieving outstanding business results;
• Strong team leadership/development skills; and
• Exceptional communication skills
• Permanent Australian residency

Any experience in the banking industry, especially lending would be highly regarded.
