Executive Manager, Brand and Advertising- Sydney

The Role

The Brand, Marketing and Advertising team are the custodians of the Commonwealth Bank brand and are responsible for delivery of marketing activity across the Bank.

This role is designed to provide advertising and brand advice to the Brand, Marketing and Advertising team and the wider business.

This includes working with the relevant marketing teams to provide brand and marketing expertise on briefs and creative. You will work closely with our agency partners including Goodby Silverstein and Partners to deliver world class programs, ideas and creative.  You’ll help develop, refine and promote existing brand guidelines and other brand tools. 

You

You must be passionate about brands and advertising and have at least seven years marketing experience.  Key to your success in this role will be your ability to influence and build credibility within the business at all levels.  You must be service focused, possess sound decision making capabilities and be calm under pressure.  The role requires someone who is highly organised, who can work under pressure and who is able to function in an extremely fast paced environment in which priorities can shift in a flash

To be successful you must have a tertiary qualifications or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a senior role in advertising.

This is a varied and highly visible position which calls for a wide range of skills and will provide you with a chance to work with one of Australia's leading marketing teams.
