As an Area Insurance Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical, general and non-advice insurance support to Branch Managers & staff. A key aspect of your role will be your ability to drive sales through ongoing coaching & training to staff and managers in the branch network.
You will build & maintain a strong affiliation with TPB Mortgage Brokers & ensure that customer service excellence is met with each and every customer referred to the branch network from this channel. These referrals will assist in increasing cross sales in the branch network where you will also ensure Insurance targets are met across the Area.
Inherent requirements:
The ability to work in a busy, commercial, competitive and target driven environment.
FSRA Tier 2 accreditation and sales management experience in driving a large sales force.
Current drivers licence for relevant state.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build on their employee management, business development, problem solving and relationship management experience.
